     Dalam mengendarai mobil atau motor kita sudah pasti di wajibkan untuk tetap fokus dalam menempuh perjalanan jauh maupun dekat,hal ini demi menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan penumpang yang kita bawa.namun jika di perhatikan dari maraknya kasus kecelakaan mobil tentu di sebabkan oleh lalainya atau tidak fokusnya driver dalam berkendara salah satu yang wajib di lakukan adalah microsleep yang merupakan suatu kejadian berlangsung sekitar sepersekian detik hingga 10 detik penuh,namun durasi microsleep tersebut bertambah lima jika seseorang benar-benar memasuki waktu tidur,sehingga hal ini terjadi dalam beberapa episode yang berdekatan saat seseorang mecoba dan gagal untuk tetap terjaga      Berdasarkan UU No.22 Tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan tata cara berkendara yang berbunyi bahwa setiap orang yang berkendara di wajibkan untuk tetap fokus dan konsentrasi  dalam berkendara demi menghindari kecelakaan dan membahayakan penumpang lain nya.dengan kata lain kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi
